It serves as a replacement for both the fuel tank clunk and header tank... giving better performance than each while removing unnecessary weight from your model (i.e. weighs less than the clunk and you will no longer need your header tank).It's a spongy material that goes on the end of the fuel line inside of the tank (replacing the clunk) and sucks every last drop out of the fuel tank while maintaining an air-bubble-free constant supply of fuel to the carburetor.
